What causes my ductwork to sweat?

How often should I change my HVAC filter?
This depends on its type and efficiency. Permanent filters are to be cleaned regularly and changed less often. Disposable ones should be changed every three to six months, depending on their efficiency (MERV rating). Some may require replacement less often. It is important to follow the schedule recommended by the manufacturer.
