The Mill family’s ac/heater unit had gone several years without maintenance and was starting to slow down.
Our Solution:
Opening the HVAC unit revealed that the motor and wiring were fortunately still in excellent shape, but the filter was getting full. After air washing the motor and HVAC interior, our team removed the old filter, installed a fresh one, and closed the unit up for testing.
